Hey, Happy Wednesday! I swear that 90% of my visits to the doctor have elicited one of three stock responses: “Drink less alcohol.” “Try to relax.” “Eat more
fiber.” I’m pretty sure I could go in with a limb dangling off and be told to do one of those.
Why am I mentioning this?
Good question. Well, in recent weeks we’ve gotten ‘granular’, as they say these days, with a couple of dog food nutrients: carbohydrates and fats. And today I want to do the same with fiber.
