Hey,
Happy Wednesday! My wife laughs at how I’m obsessed with lunch; I need to know when, where and what it’s going to be every day. But believe me, like a Gremlin, it’s in everyone's best interest that I’m fed on time — because an empty Andrew can mean a grumpy (aka 'hangry') Andrew. You’ll know as well as I do that our diets affect our actions. Alcohol can cause a looser tongue (or hips, if there’s music playing) and a shorter temper the next morning; an overdose of junk food can bring on a low mood; sugar can bring a temporary high; and, like I say, not enough food can make us hangry. The same goes for dogs — like humans, they are what they eat — and we discuss the matter in this very informative article: Can Diet Impact Dogs’ Behavior?
It looks at how dogs’ diets can cause hyperactivity or low energy, how it can affect their sleep and even cause them
stress. I like to think that we bring you a lot of valuable and interesting information — and this is one of the most fascinating topics yet. And in case anyone’s wondering, today’s lunch will be a roast chicken and coleslaw sandwich on a seeded granary bread. I’m drooling already…
