Hey,
Happy Wednesday!
I won’t mention the brand or the model,
but I used to have a favorite running shoe. I had three pairs over time and they did me proud.
Then, one day, they weren’t there
anymore. They’d been discontinued. I found one more pair on eBay but that was that. I had to move on.
For my next shoe, I tried the same model but the ‘upgraded’
version. Didn’t feel right. I tried the same brand but a different model. Couldn’t get on with them.
Then I tried a couple of different brands. Eventually, I found
something I liked.
People’s feet, gaits, running styles and so on are different, so not all shoes will feel right. But more than one
should. I worked out that part of the problem was me being used to that one model for too long — it meant nothing else felt 100% comfortable.
So I decided
to always have three different types of running shoe on rotation. Yes, I have my favorites, but I don’t always wear them. This means getting a new pair is a lot easier — I’m used to variety.
What’s this got to with dog food? Everything.
