Hey,
Happy Wednesday!
“In
this world, nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.”
You’ll probably recognize Benjamin Franklin’s popular quote. I imagine it was quite the
zinger in 1789.
I have to take exception to his observation, though. I think there are other certainties, one of which is: “When someone invents something good, someone
else will use it badly — and always to make money.”
Which brings me to Artificial Intelligence.
AI has the potential to improve all our lives in countless ways. It can make our lives healthier, safer and easier. And it will. It already is.
But it also allows the less moral among us to cash in at other people’s expense. For example, by creating cash-making fake dog food reviews.
It’s something I discuss in this article:
Can You Trust All Dog
Food Reviews?
There have always been disreputable websites out there looking to make a quick buck, but advancements in AI, particularly models like ChatGPT,
mean it’s a lot easier to make something bogus look convincing.
All Dog Food Advisor reviews are carried out by human beings using our tried and
trusted methods. Each new review is assessed by a highly qualified animal nutritionist.
It’s the kind of intelligence we prefer.
